SPELINEX Lincomycin + Spectinomycin + Bromhexine is a combination veterinary injectable formulated to help treat susceptible bacterial infections, particularly those affecting the respiratory system in livestock. It combines Lincomycin, a lincosamide antibiotic, Spectinomycin, an aminocyclitol antibiotic, and Bromhexine, a mucolytic agent that helps loosen and reduce mucus in the airways, promoting improved respiratory function and enhancing antibiotic penetration into infected tissues. The registered formulation contains Lincomycin Hydrochloride 50 mg/mL, Spectinomycin Hydrochloride 100 mg/mL, and Bromhexine Hydrochloride 10 mg/mL.

Indications
For the treatment of bacterial infections caused by organisms susceptible to lincomycin and spectinomycin, including:
