Shipping Policy
We deliver nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express, with same-day delivery available within Metro Manila (NCR).
Shipping Fees
- Metro Manila / NCR: ₱100
- Rest of Luzon: ₱150
- Visayas: ₱200
- Mindanao: ₱250
- Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only): ₱200
- Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee: ₱30 (COD available for orders up to ₱5,000)
These are our standard shipping fees. The actual shipping charge may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order and the courier's current rates. If any adjustment to the shipping fee is needed based on the actual courier charge, our team will contact you to confirm the details before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Coverage
We aim to deliver to every province in the Philippines. Delivery remains subject to courier service availability in your location; some areas may be classified by our logistics partners as remote or outside regular service coverage. If your address is not serviceable by our available couriers, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution, or cancel and refund the affected order where necessary.
Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)
Same-Day Delivery is available for all NCR cities and municipalities, including Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Marikina, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, San Juan, and Pateros.
Same-Day availability is subject to the order cut-off time, courier and rider availability, address serviceability, store operating hours, weather and traffic conditions, and payment confirmation. Same-Day Delivery may be temporarily limited in specific areas when courier capacity or operational conditions do not allow same-day fulfillment.
Delivery Times
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Luzon: 3–7 business days
- Visayas / Mindanao: 5–8 business days
- Same-Day (Metro Manila): same day for orders placed before 1:00 PM
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel through the link in the email or directly on the courier's website. For same-day deliveries, our team sends rider details once the booking is made.
