Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
How to track your order
- Open your shipping confirmation email — it contains your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Or track directly on the courier's website: enter your tracking number at J&T Express tracking.
- Same-day Metro Manila orders are delivered by Lalamove or Grab — our team will send you the rider details once booked.
