FERRUM-20 Iron Dextran + Vitamin B12 is a veterinary hematinic injection formulated to help prevent and treat iron deficiency anaemia in livestock, particularly newborn and rapidly growing animals. Containing Iron Dextran (200 mg/mL) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin, 200 mcg/mL), it supports red blood cell formation, improves haemoglobin production, enhances oxygen transport, and promotes healthy growth and vitality. The combination of iron and Vitamin B12 helps reduce the risk of anaemia associated with rapid growth, blood loss, or nutritional deficiencies.

FERRUM-20 is especially beneficial for piglets and calves, which are highly susceptible to iron deficiency during the first weeks of life. It may also be used as supportive therapy for other livestock under veterinary supervision to improve recovery, growth performance, and overall productivity.
